Our full-time nannies are ready to guide and teach children — from assisting with homework to planning fun and educational activities, they do it all! The duties of a full-time nanny vary based on household needs but typically include…

  • personal care (dressing, hygiene, meal prep, and feeding)
  • planning educational and recreational activities
  • school drop off and pick-up.

Our full-time nannies typically work 40-60 hours weekly with varying schedules. Hours depend on both family and caregiver needs with consideration to travel and availability. While some nannies work a standard 9 am to 5 pm shift, others may work an alternating schedule along with other team members to provide 24/7 care. Are you seeking reliable after school care assistance? Or perhaps you need occasional help 2-3 days a week. Our Part-time nannies are here to help lighten your load. Our pool of candidates includes experienced caretakers, ex camp counsellors and college students seeking part-time work.
Each nanny is uniquely gifted to meet your needs, but all share the values we fiercely embrace trustworthiness, reliability and a dedication to love and care for children.
Our part-time nannies can assist with:

  • school/activity transportation
  • help with homework
  • preparing healthy snacks and meals
Part-time nannies typically work 20-25 hours each week based on family needs. Schedules can be morning or after school hours, evenings, or 2-3 full days that best suits the needs of the family and caretaker. Pink Nannies Newborn™ care providers are experienced and qualified to care for newborn and infants. Many have invested in additional training courses such as lactation support and sleep training, which can especially be an asset for new parents. Whereas, our nannies may work alongside your family for many years to come, our newborn specialists will work with you for the first few weeks or months depending on your needs. Once the family is ready to receive full-time care, your newborn care provider will work closely with your future full-time nanny. This training ensures the transition is a smooth as possible with the same level of care. Clients tell us having a newborn care provider was the best decision for them, offering peace of mind and much-needed rest.

Duties may include overnight care, feeding (breast milk or formula), changing diapers, dressing, bathing, and comforting your infant. Newborn care providers offer much-needed support by helping you keep track of feeding and sleeping patterns so you can stay on track. It can be overwhelming to keep things clean and organized with a newborn. Our specialists are also skilled in nursery organization, re-stocking supplies, sanitizing bottles/pump equipment and laundry support.

A typical schedule may be an overnight shift (9-12 hours) or 24-hour care for 5-7 days a week. Terms can be as short as two weeks to 6+ months. The average length of time is 16 weeks when your baby is often able to sleep through the night. Placement Rates & Fee’s

Our placement counselors will work closely with you to develop a competitive compensation package based upon your family’s needs. Rates for part-time and full-time nannies vary greatly depending on the nanny’s experience, the position duties, preferred schedule, and the level of travel and flexibility required in the role.

We have different placement packages to cater to the needs and preferences of our clients. Each package is customized to offer different levels of service, benefits, and support for replacement periods.
